Lewis wouldn't have made the points without the penalty anyway. He blew it at turn 1,gave his right front a massive flat-spot (See Hamilton onboard) and screwed up his race.Himself and ITV even agreed about that.

The Hamilton turn 1 incident is stupid and we have ferrari fans screaming guilty from their rooftops. I could tell you for almost a fact that Hamilton had to lock up for that long to make the corner.

Then how come he managed to pull a overtake on Massa ? I guess he did a pit stop only after entangling with Massa in the final few turns ??

I think this race told us some important points such that:

1) Renault secured 4th in the championship if not a miracle emerges.
2) Alonso will stay in Renault and Flavio will reconsider giving the seat to Nelsinho. He has the 4th fastest lap of the race just 0.1 slower than supreme Alonso.
3) Ferrari are still the fastest car on track.
4) Lewis gets more and more nervous when the end of season approaches even if he leads the driver standing. He can't cope with this mental challenge.
5) Kubica is the most consistent driver of all. I'd love to see him in the best car of the grid.
6) Honda was hopeless.

And to the mods/admins: if you don't want people to swear, put more words into the swear filter. its hardly that guys fault there arent enough words in it.
If we don't want people to swear, then you don't swear. Full stop.

Why is it always the Mac fans?? Just be reasonable. Or be as unreasonable as hell, just don't swear.
No, I'm not calmer. Just more jaded.

Kovalainen on the start: "Kimi initially jumped Lewis and then I think Lewis was trying to fight back. They both went a bit deep and I also went a bit deep."

I edited that out so I didn't sound like an idiot. I failed. I meant so it doesn't show up at all.

I seriously wonder how come Honda believed that they can make FA join them .. Probably Nick Fry & Ross Brawn should think of new strategies to obtain the services of a good driver :shhh:
