Massa vs Bourdais .. None of them would get a penalty. He might just get a warning or monetary fine.

Massa will pass Webber and FIA will give penalty to Bourdais...
so Massa will take 2 points

Bourdais can't be penalized. I think FIA has already made a mockery of themselves, so they won't do the same again ..
