I KNEW IT!!! VETTEL ON POLE! And Heikki 2nd. Absolutely fantastic race coming tomorrow if it rains.
Too bad for Kimi, but Vetteläs pole and Kova's 2nd place fix that all up!

I think hamilton and kimi going out q2 gave pole to vettel.
With lewis out in q2 massa would be defensive and have more fuel.
That leave a pole position to fight for others

I always lol when forum posters call any world class driver(s) "noobs".

Although what the ££££ were McLaren doing? And amusing grid, hopefully it will be a good race.

Vettel puts Scuderia Toro Rosso on pole at rain-hit Monza - Go Massa for champ !!! - Lewis just stay on 1:39.265 !!!

good luck to Massa for using his brain.
Well I'm very biased when it comes to Hamilton, but it's like Massa was in Hamilton's car and Hamilton was in Massa's!!

There was that much of a discrepancy between their confidence and pace. Kudos to Felipe. The past four races, (Hungary, Valencia, some of Belgium and so far at Monza) Massa has driven like a champion pretty consistently (in Belgium he drove "like a granny" rather than driving like Raikkonen, not utter pace, but thought and tact, and not putting it into a wall either).

Anyway, GP2 now.. :)

Well when you're the only one on inters when the rain is pouring down biblically, then I think we have the right to comment. You do admit it yourself after all.

Its hardly my fault that f1zone hasn't setup the profanity filter which i'd already had to star myself after realising.

Anyway, just to clarify yes it was really really stupid but my definition of noob in f1 is Yuji Ide. Maybe other people use the word differently. :p

No Yuji Ide is something below noob that no-one has ever found a name for.. :)

Noob is derived from newbie. Newbie = rookie. Lewis and engineer's mistake was a rookie mistake. Is that reasoning good enough? Piquet frequently noobs out, Kimi did in practice and the race at Spa. Therefore, at least unlike stewards, I am consistent in my noob-ism..

Happy?

i'd call a noob anyone who makes a basic stupid error - Yuji Ide is what you'd call a disaster

:Off topic: Nice avatar Zack!!

EDIT: equally off topic, listen out for the names Guttierrez, Geronomi, Bianchini and Juncadellia. They are the class of the FBMW series, and they will make waves in GP2, F3..

the best thing is that a future Ferrari driver it's on pole and if he will stay calm he will win, Heikki it's on 2nd place with a strong possibility to the podium or win and Lewis that is the master of rain after Schumi (i heard it from mcLaren fans), he will start from 15th and with a strong possibility to have accident (champ pressure) when he will try to pass everyone on the circuit :), and Mass he will drive safely to gain the maximum points for the champ :)

can't wait for tomorrow !!!
