showery at Spa: Heavy bursts then dry sunny spells. anyone's race then. uber-shunt at Eau rouge maybe now that TC is out.

This is the kind of GP which you feel a buzz of anticipation in build up, because you think it's going to be chaotic. I got this buzz for Monaco, Canada and Britain, and I got it before the dissappointing Valencia race, all because I thought these races would be chaotic and exciting.

I think this race will be exciting. Please no dissappointments!
No, I'm not calmer. Just more jaded.

one thing, is the difference in the grid between 1 and 2 less than 2 and 3?

Hamilton, Kovalainen, Raikkonen - E1
Massa - E2
ITV says Vettel has lots of fuel - watch out for him.

i dont think so, but im not sure. ill look later. i think its 8m between each row, but i doubt 2-3 are bigger gap than 1-2.

Gerhard Berger: "Typical spa. I hope it starts raining again for the team. Sun is strange. If its wet here there is no secret, just go and control your lines. just watch your car on the kerbs and the white line. you saw it in the gp2 race."
