Spa-Francorchamps to rename Stavelot corner

The Spa-Francorchamps track owners announced that it will rename the Stavelot corner after Belgian Formula 1 legend Paul Frere. Frere passed away at the age of 91 earlier this year.

Frere is a former Ferrari pilot in the fifties and won the Le Mans 24 hours in 1960.

Well congrats to Hamilton, it was an impressive lap.

I'm a little bit disappointed in Ferrari, I had expected them to be quicker but they seem to have some trouble in cold conditions.

Alonso best result possible, beating one BMW - though I suspect Nick is rather light while Kubica is heavy.

A little rain to morrow will spice up the show, I hope it's going to happen! :)

However stylized the Bridgetone Potenza tires were, it did not help improve Honda's performance accoring to the Autosport article here http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/70300,
The Briton admitted he had problems to get the tyres up to working temperature, but was hopeful there was still something that could be done for tomorrow.

"It was very hard to get heat into the tyres in the cool and damp conditions, which meant that I had little front grip which is particularly difficult here given the cambers in the corners. We also struggled with understeer," he added.
