2008 FORMULA 1 European Grand Prix
Re: 2008 FORMULA 1 European Grand Prix
hopefully Massa's engine keeps going
Re: 2008 FORMULA 1 European Grand Prix
There were rumors concerning Kimi's engine as it was the same decifit one Massa used in Hungary... and they were rightly concerned it seems.
Re: 2008 FORMULA 1 European Grand Prix
as i posted earlier in this topic: http://www.quattroruote.it/sport/artico ... ice=148074
Massa's incident in Hungary was caused by a faulty connecting rod.
According to italian newspapers, some days ago while Ferrari was simulating with a V8 on the test bench the races of Monza and Spa a connecting rod broke again.
Ferrari denied, but the fear is that it can be a faulty batch of connecting rods. If it's true, also Kimi's engine will be at risk

I'm not one of his fans but it would be a pity to see him lose 2 victories like this.ScuderiaFan wrote:Hope Massa's engine is good

If the stewards are going to do something, it will be a grid penalty for the next race.

Re: 2008 FORMULA 1 European Grand Prix
its going to be investigated after the race. so worst case scenario is he gets lower grid position next race. which is stupid as if he made a mistake in the rae he should get penalsied in this race. but its the FIA we're talking about here.ScuderiaFan wrote:i'm getting nervous right now .. and if massa wins .. we will stay untill those stewrds decide weather they pull off him from the race or not
