If anyone is in London, definitely check it out!

The highlights are difficult to keep up with, but if you can wrap your head around it, it's amazing!

I have seen it before but only watch it if it's on when there's nothing else on, it's definatly not boring, but not like F1...

Beijing Olympics 2008

Post by megasyxx » 30 Jul 2008, 17:27

any thoughts in this year's summer games? i'm wondering about the u.s. men's basketball team...a.k.a. "redeem team". will they bring home the gold once more? or will they bring home cookie crumbs....well in my opinion, i think they'll end up fourth.

Why fourth?
They have their big names on the team.

Who do you reckon will come top in the medal table? I think P.R.China.
By the way, 8 is a lucky number in P.R.C and the opening cermony takes place (local time) at 8pm, 08/08/08 and at the closing ceremony, London has an 8 minute presentation of the passing over of the olympics (london 2012) in which london mayor Boris johnson has to wave the union jack 8 times :p

Well I've always been a Tottenham fan and always will be.We've only won 2 trophies in my lifetime but still I love them. And when we beat Arsenal 5-1 in that Carling Cup semi-final,it was one of the best nights of my life. Celtic are my second team, basically because I'm 3/8 Irish and they win more than they lose.

Basically Celtic are a team supported by the Catholics, and most of the Catholics live in Ireland,so lots of Irish people support Celtic.Go to Ireland you'll see lots of Celtic shirts.
