Kanagaroo TV?

Post by Fergie1 » 28 Jun 2008, 17:51

As I'm going to Silverstone, i've just ordered one of these for all 3 days. Are they good? I read that you get live timing and the World Feed but do you also got onboards with any driver at any time?

what i know ..they have 10 MPEG4 stream via OSBT(On-site broadcast technology) ..so not sure if you can get feed for all drivers onboard!

Feature mention @ thr site..
* 8 TV channels including live in-car camera feeds
* Team radio, including driver-to-pit conversations
* Multi-lingual audio commentaries
* User-friendly keypad and interface
* Audio and video replay
* Official race timing and scoring; leaderboard, pit and sector times
* Biographic files on teams, drivers and much more

Dunno. It was £60 for all 3 days though.

I went to Silverstone last year for all 3 days and I don't think that you need it. There are big screens everywhere with the world feed, and circuit commentary is available from speakers or on a local radio frequency! The main attraction is seeing the cars live!

No, really? :p
I got one because I wanted to be able to follow the race better as screens aren't very visible as form past gp experience. I was asking what feature sit had which I know now.
