Hmm, I dunno. I think it was rather like Nakajima (in Melbourne). Not a racing incident as such, but a slow speed bit of idiocy. Rosberg and Hamilton should have some kind of punishment.

Both are ultimately driver errors but the FIA just aren't consistent.

Both are driver errors .. And Lewis error is to the adding list of blunders which have been happening in Canada over the past few years !

There are conspiracy theories of this stuff going about the internet, but to be honest, I see this as a race incident. However, since Hamilton was en route to run a red light and a possible black flag, he saved himself from that, so his punishment ended up going into the next race...

I find it hard also how to why he couldnt stop in time, these cars have immense stopping power at hight speeds never mind going down pitlans at pitspeeds.

A weird one :/

Well Hamilton and rosberg got penalties of going down 10 grid positions in france. hamilton tried to hit kimi instead of kubica and could have crashed into both of them.

kimi lost the car at about 180mph, whereas hamilton didn't know what was happening at the slow pitlane speed limit.

It's justified, no matter what people will say about Kimi's accident. They were very different, and if Nakajima deserved a 10 place penalty, so did Rosberg and Hamilton.

Agreement
I cant understand a comparation between both accidents...
Raikkonen controlled the car as a god driver, any other (like Coulthnerd...lol) would crash into the barriers. He maintained the car and managed to not kill himself... shame hittin Sutil but, i think you all know that Sutil passed 3 drivers under yellow flags and was gonna be punished with 25 secs falling into 10th place.

Hamilton just lost the concentration and had an stupid error.
I would pay to know what Kimi said to him after the crash signing the lights and what Hamilton answered... hahaha

Same, both didn't pay attention. Both should get a penalty I think, but giving only Lewis a penalty is just insane.
