OH i like Golf tiger woods!! but in lebanon we cant watch any game :x

you are so right...and they call it "football" but in the game, do they ever use the feet to play much? :-s

Curling is OK, football is an alright game but it brings out the worst in people, American football is designed to bring out the worst in people, at least ice hockey has the skill of balance involved. Golf is just plaine dull and NASCAR takes the biscuit. 'Rubbing's racing' come on, in that sport the aim is to knock all your rivals round in a circle till they impact the concrete.

I used to think that rugby was one of the worst sports, until I attended a game and I really enjoyed it. I have been the 2nd time and I will defenitely go to see more matches.

first of all i don't like watching 24 sweaty men running after a ball going on top each other in their boxers. lol second of all, when you have something like a sports program on this island its 100% about football. football this, football that. and our national team is pretty s*** at best. on the other hand, some local people are bloody good in motorsport international events (and hold records) and they don't even get mentioned. but if a local football team goes abroad and losses 3-0 then they say they did a great job.

Hehe, I agree.

Incidentally, I had a look at the nominees for the sports persons of the year in Malta. and believe it or not, there is no one from the football squads this year. ;)

I am afraid there is no one. The closes there is, is, Team Chaudron from the P1 Powerboats league.

Golf is boring to watch but good fun to play.
I don't like rugby union I find it to slow and stop starty, but I don't mind rugby leaue as its a bit more fast paced
