i never knew there were so many F1 circuits in america,
And well what is the track in Las vegas. Its the worst design i ve ever seen.
Its like one of those tracks in need for speed 2

Thats the one i hate the most.
the other circuits are good.

I hate these new modern tracks such as Bahrain, Turkey and China. Yes, they are wide and there are lots of opportunities to overtake other drivers, but they seem so dull.

I wasn't around to remember all these USA tracks like Detroit or Las Vegas, but Indianapolis is one of the worst as well. Its F1, not IndyCar ffs.

Vegas was a joke. In a desert parking lot and it looked like it.

For me the Herman Thielke overtaking prevention circuits are really boring. Most of his circuits consist of fast corners but in the modern f1 it is impossible to follow an opponent through a fast corner close enough to overtake him later.

i voted for Detroit, looking at the reputation of the place now, it is ridiculous.

phil1993 wrote:i went to a1gp at brands hatch yesterday and i was given a free season review of 06-07. ive just watched a bit of it and seen how rubbish the jingkai street circuit in china was. i think they changed it for this year, but there was lots of smog and the hairpin was too narrow for he cars to get around, so they had to change the track.:

from wikipedia:

The first Chinese round... defining event for the series.
lol, yes, autosport's take on it was even more crushing:

"The hairpin fiasco in Beijing is right up there with the most hilarious episodes in the whole history of sport. Plenty of people could see the trouble brewing, so it was a blessing the scene was allowed to playe itself out.."

and then

"Like lambs to the slaughter they came down the back straight toward the offending hairpin. The tightest hairpin known to man. So tight that you couldn't get a car around in conventional fashion. Oh you could do it if you cleverly bounced off the wall at the exit. Or better still, if you went up the escape road, stopped and did a donut."
No, I'm not calmer. Just more jaded.
