Hehe, I'm glad that Massa and Raikkonen can laugh together now. :p So not so bitter their relationship. Great victory from Kimi, but the next race will be more difficult as it's Massa's favorite track. Then again, only the current Ferrari drivers have won in Turkey so far.

Heikki's accident was awful, but he should be okay if Whitmarsh is right.

Ferrari had the pace, but it was so close with the top 4. So I'm not really sure if Ferrari is so superior. It's about tenth or two in qualifying which decides everything. The cars are much closer now than last season. It will be interesting to see what Renault can do. Alonso couldn't have challenged the top 4 today anyhow.

Maybe Kimi's champion status makes him immune of Schumi's bad luck. :p Now Kimi just has to win a German and an Italian GP and he'll get rid of his jinxes.

do you think he'll make istanbul? he was unlucky where he crashed, but equally it would have been much worse at turn 1 or at the chicane

I couldn't watch the start of the race, it was lap 11 when I began watching and I thought the race was boring.
anyway Kimi did a fantastic job. Congrats to him.

Best Spanish Gp in many years
-2 Safety Car periods.
-One heavy accident and many other collisions and contacts.
-there were 2 passes in the whole race

Not too long ago Sebastian Vettel looked like a very strong candidate for a seat at Red Bull racing in 2009. He was the next "superstar"
Vettel has yet to even register a race finish till Now , what's going on??

i thought looking at the grid that it would be a cracking race, but not all the way through, so for there to be action nearly all the way through t was good. 10 times better than 2007

They should do the Spanish GP in a different circuit.... In Montmelo races are usually quite boring... and this one, even if it was the best Spanish GP in years, was boring anyway...

And look at this picture... you can see the yellow of the crane throught Heikki's cockpit...
