"All the symptoms are that a stone got between the brake caliper and the wheel rim. It could be something on the suspension, but it's not a problem that we've had before, and the wheel was tight. So possibly, possibly a stone. We'll know when we get the parts back."

this race reminded me a little bit about Australia although more cars finished :S
As I walked through it Sunday evening, I couldn’t help but be amazed by the scale of this operation and the thousands of man hours that go into entertaining us for a couple of hours, 17 times a year.

After race just finished while Raikkonen cheering to fans, on his board cam, massa's car just slotted to his car and Raikkonen tried to stand up in order to wave his hands to Massa since he thought that Massa will congratulate him. But no, Massa didn't do that, he passed through. Watch this carefully, that's really touching and funny moment :)

Yes that's also funny :) I think this race sealed Massa's second driver status.

Anyway, in Turkey -which I'll be there on circuit- Raikkonen and Massa will be the only drivers who won previous Istanbul GP's. I think another red weekend will be waiting for us.

Chris Dyer, Raikkonen's race engineer, Ferrari:

"He drove a fantastic race. Not to be forgotten the lap he did yesterday. We lost a little bit of time in the safety car, and traffic in the pitlane. The car is working well, the team is working well. We have to make sure we get these good results when the car is good."
