Atleast we should be happy that they have decided to discard Irvine, Coulthard & Jenson Button from this list... Had they been there then its nothing but an all British top drivers list.

The following drivers need to considerably higher than their current position in the list

1. Kimi Raikkonen - The most consistent driver i have ever seen ...
2. Micheal Schumacher - Though i don't like him .. i respect him 90+ wins and 60+ pole position starts ...
3. Fernando Alonso - He should definitely be there in the list .. If not for him 05 & 06 seasons would be have been boring.
4. Lewis Hamilton - Rookie fighting the pros in business ..

Chris Amon 13th?! But he never even won a race! Yes he had alot of bad luck but surely the 13th best f1 driver of all time would have made something happen at some point in his career, And for Carlos Reutemann to be 15th after not exactely blowing away Alan Jones or Niki Lauda during their years together, what possible basis is there for this list? As for the exclusion of Alonso.......I don't know what to say. I know ranking drivers is difficult but some historical accuracy would be nice.

Anyway my guesstimate,
1-Prost
2-Fangio
3-Schumacher
4-Senna
5-Clark

I don't know about others, but Schumacher should definitely be the 1st.

yep, 'joostlammers', your opinion is pretty much dead on. sadly i'm too young to remember senna, but i have watched many videos of his races and read many books of the legends. im reading the book the itv commentator wrote about schuey

I cant understand why they think Keke Rosberg is better than Kimi or Lewis. And where is Schumi? In 11 place, thats quite poor. Senna should be at least in top 3.

1. Shumacher (7 world champions i mean cmon :O) & Senna, couldn't decide which one best and would be unfair to do so.
2. Hamilton for such a good rookie season and his driving style
3. Alonso fo beating MS in 2006 :D
As I walked through it Sunday evening, I couldn’t help but be amazed by the scale of this operation and the thousands of man hours that go into entertaining us for a couple of hours, 17 times a year.

I would really like to know the basis of that ranking...
Why is Mika Hakkinen before Michael Schumacher (not that I mind as long as it's reasonable!)
And how can you rank Lewis Hamilton as no.30 after just 1 season?!!!!!!!!!!
