Vijay Mallya's funding would go to a great extent in rebuilding this team. Force India can climb to spot where they can be the best among Toro Rosso / Super Aguri / Renault ... May be they can challenge Williams / Toyota / Honda ... The former 3 are perennial backmarkers while the latter three have inconsistent performance record. So anything can happen.

As far as wind tunnel is concerned you would see that most of the teams who have a well established automobile business have their own. As far as Toro Rosso / Red Bull / Force India is concerned ... they are never going to have a wind tunnel. They would probably rent one but can never afford one.

the size of the budget is governed by the law of diminishing returns: the more money you throw at a problem, the less you get back proportionally. Just ask Toyota or Honda if having a load of money means you will be successful. You need enough money to develop the car through the season, and to be able to participate in all the test sessions with two cars, that's enough to get started...more than money, what's important is a good team manager, a balanced chassis, a reliable engine, good team spirit and above all attention to detail.

Can Massa continue winning? No, definately not
Can Raikkonen keep his title lead? Don't know...
Can Bmw maintain their stunning form? Think they will fall a bit behind Ferrari and McLaren
Can McLaren fight back? Yes
And what of the rest: Toyota, Renault and Williams etc...
...and can Sebastian Vettel finish?
Vettel will finish his first 2008 race, i think. Williams will be strong, maybe as strong as Toyota, Renault.. Don't know what to expect from them the rest of the year...
