I really don`t know, it`s a spanish thing or what ever, their managers don`t get along either. Hey Joostlammers, we always have these Minis cruising around in here.

Thanks for the pics MP4, the track looks to be situated in a beautiful place. And the surroundings are much greener than I imagined! :p

The race was fun, Lorenzo is really an amazing guy! I had hoped for Pedrosa to win but a second is good too (oh well..) I had expected Rossi to be stronger, but I have a feeling his tyres let him down last half of the race. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to switch to Bridgestones...

Pity that Dovi & Nicky crashed out, both looked like they could have challenged for at least top 5. And by now I almost feel sorry for Stoner, what is happening?

It is a wonderful place. Little history here: The circuit was built in the 70`s, and part of it is inside of a natural park, today it wouldn`t be possible to built it here. Those hills you see behind are protected land, where me and thousands of people ride mountain bikes, there are fire roads and a lot`s of singletracks(bike trails) and downhills . About the race i agree with you, those tyres let Rossi down, but it was his choice so....About Stoner i read today in the paper that the onboard camera got loose and it was hitting his left hand all the race, he used the straight line trying to put the camera back in place
Funny thing about those crashes, i was telling to a friend that Dovizioso would pass Rossi, he crashed right in front of us in the same minute i said that :nosweat: , so my friend tells me "It`s Nicky`s turn now, to pressure Rossi", and the guy crashes, after laughing we stoped talking :nosweat:

At the time, we did`t feel pity for them, we were glad they were ok, and that we saw 2 live crashes. But we sure had a great time, money well spent, next year i`ll be there as always, but first i`m going to the new Algarve circuit to see the last round of WSBK later this year.

Yes i am, my brother`s fault really, he took me to the 1993 WSBK race at Estoril and i was hooked. Fabrizio Pirovano won the 1st round on a Yamaha YZF 750, the 2nd round winner was some guy named Carl Fogarty on a Ducati, you know him :nosweat: ? Anyway he had a huge lead, so to entertain us, in the last 2 or 3 laps, he passed by my stand wheeling and his head turning looking to us. My SBK hero until he retired Flag:## . Also these world championships are the only ones that have a round in my country, so i have to go.

Thruxton is about a 40 minutes drive in the car (well, my dad drives me since im just 15), Brands Hatch is about 1hr 30 (on a good day, when the motorway has no problems) and although i havent been yet (but im going to f1 friday practice in july) i think silverstone is about 1hr 45 minutes drive to the north

yes it will be my first time, thanks for asking. I really wanna go to Spa this year or next and just watch the cars through Eau Rouge. i might have a few practices at taking pictures are recording video at very high speed!!! i think the thing that will probably stagger me the most (although i am prepared for it) is the speed. on tv it doesnt look that fast, nut i think it will be decieving-its the same with the btcc.

Excelent, excelent choice of Spa and Eau Rouge, if i could.............
Besides the speed what will stagger you will be the noise.
