BTCC 2008

Post by phil1993 » 29 Mar 2008, 15:08

The best tin top racing in the world (possibly) starts this weekend at Brands Hatch. So who will win the title? reigning champ Fabrizio Giovanardi says up to 10 drivers can win it. 30 races to go, will be a treat. ITV4 have uninterrupted coverage of the three races and support races on Sunday 30 March from 1230-1730.

Poll runs until the friday prior to the season finale

Awesome, I was there to. I a did one hell of a lot of filming, also with the support races. Though I think I will make a music video for each of the BTCC races and seprate videos for each of the support races. However, I missed most of the crashes, to busy filming the real action... THE RACING! I was sitting at Paddock Hill, so I got plenty of awesome video clips of the cars sliding through the corner, and since I have a really good video camera, you can see the smoke coming of the tyres really clearly! Anyway, I will put the videos together when I can. Later!

What a crazy race 2!! What SEAT dominance, what a fightback from Gio. Man of the race for sure.

race 2 was the best i have seen in many years. this is what btcc was like in the 90's. being a very big fan who has most of the reviews, i enjoyed that race more then some of the classics

I thought Donni last year in the wet was the tits as well. The only problem with S2000 is that the cars don't look extreme enough and have like the same level of grip as Super Touring, 1992/1993 type of thing. Therefore there's not the same level of action in EVERY race, like the early/mid 90's.

On my God!! What a complete FI Chilton is!! He's the dirtiest, most unreliable, trouble-causing, shoulder-barging driver out there, and he should get points on his licence for that stupid move down at the chicane..

not really-yes it was a bad decison but going down to thats corner with half a dozen cars in your way is gonna be hard. maybe if he stayed where he was, he would have pushed other drivers into a spin but i think it should be left as a racing incident
