think ferrari will be untoutchable by any other team, and will massa will get a good lecture he will finish the race as a double win for ferrari while the mac's and the bmw's fight for third place

Certainly. It will be another 1-2 for Ferrari if Massa can hold it together.
Can Massa finally get a good result?
Depends. He always does some spinning, but as long as he only does them in FP (luckily Ferrari has built a tank for him) and refrains from doing them in the actual race - unlike Sepang - he'll be OK.
What role is BMW Sauber going to play?
Third fiddle, same as before. Maybe they can challenge McLaren, it would be nice.

Rain? In the desert? I'll try to do a rain dance, I want rain, but I doubt it will work. :sad:

Should be a good one, as the track really has some good overtaking places.
Most of the turns leading to the long straights are relatively slow-speed ones. That makes it a bit less of an effort for the driver chasing to get closer.
Before this year, it was already difficult to find braking points.
This year, it should be even more challenging with the lack of sophisticated engine braking systems.

Hi everybody im new in the forum, and here are my comments
1.Can Ferrari hold on to their performance at Malaysia?
not likely if the temperature goes extermley hot, remember the cars where developed and tested in cold wheather, however im aware that many test where held at bahrain, with good results, im hopping for the best
2.Can Massa finally get a good result?
only if he start thinking as a team member not as an individual
3.What role is BMW Sauber going to play?
nothing to be affraid of for the big ones

Unless something unexpected happens, this is going to be a fairly boring race (at least for the first place). Ferraris are probably going to leave everyone else behind and decide the winner during their pit stops.
Hopefully BMW is as good or even better than in Malaysia so that we see some heavy fighting between McLaren and BMW. I seriously doubt we'll see as good/competitive Toyota in Bahrain as we saw in Malaysia.

Well everyone is saying Ferrari cuz of the wintertesting but we dont know what laptimes the Mclaren's would have driven so I dont say that Ferrari doesn't have a good chance but we dont know what Mclaren can do ;)

They should. They tested thuroughly in winter, and their pace was mind blowing.

May be Massa is afraid that if he loses some space the team might push him into the role of a second fiddle to Kimi. I think Ferrari may be justified in doing that .. Kimi keeps his cool and tries to get the best what he can out of a race .. If i remember from the last race it looks a bit different when you need to overtake someone. The driver who is trying to make the pass is subjected to the turbulent air flow of the car in front of him which impedes his pace. Especially when they try to do that in a corner or a u turn or s bend the car which performs the overtaking manuovere experiences a lag allowing the car which he passed to regain his position ... But i din see this kind of an issue in the Australian GP ... Any thoughts on this ????

To an extent, the drivers will be affected by the dirty air flow coming from the driver in front.
Of course this depends on the type of circuit.
As Melbourne is made of typically second gear corners, the effect of the dirty air is not of a great concern as compared to circuits with high speed corners.
Correct me if i'm wrong though.
