I doubt this red light pass is related with the pit lane limitation penalty. Rubens pitted with pit lane is not opened so there is red light at the exit. Rubens was punished because of that and should another penalty be given to him?

Anyway, Hamilton did not make any mistake where lots of drivers including world champion made. Congra him, very very solid victory.

What a crazy race.

Kimi had one of the best starts ever. Then he benefited from the first safety car and was doing well. After the second safety car everything went wrong for Ferrari and they just couldn't hold it together anymore. The reliability of F2008 doesn't look very impressive either.

Heikki could have won, too, but then came the third safety car so it was like Montreal between Hamilton and Alonso back then. Alonso lost there and Heikki lost now.

Many drivers wish that they would have stayed on track, because you got points just for finishing the race! And Bourdais got one even though his car didn't make it to the finish line.

Hamilton is definitely in a good position in the championship considering how low the morale is within Ferrari right now. Anyway, people wanted some action and here we got it...

It's nothing to do with showing the errors, they did a compilation of it and they kept saying "where is ferrari?" It's not an objective approach, at least, it should be an objective point of view.

Ferrari really really sucks today. Raikkonen and Massa did mistakes, ruined their cars and strategies. I really respect the guys on the podium and press conference. They are both friendly and fast. The most friendly-trio I've ever seen

No, you got me wrong. I'm not saying Rubens did not go through the red lights. It's just:

He pitted when pit lane is not opened so he got a 10 seconds penalty.
He got through red lights, which are on becuase pit lane is not opened, so will he take another penalty of that? Then, why didn't stewards give him a black flag instead of giving 10 seconds penalty?

Heikki just said on ITV that he went to pull off a tear off & managed to knock his pit speed limiter button & thats why Alonso managed to re-pass him.
