Almost six out of 10 West Europeans now regularly access the Internet and, for the first time, young people are more likely to go online for most days of the week than turn on the television, according to a new survey.

I am using the internet much more than watching TV, what about you?

I am one of those who use internet much more than TV.

I only watch TV if there is something I really want to see. I do not stay in front of the tv, zapping, to find something I might enjoy, like I used to do.

Sure. I hardly watch TV anymore unless something interesting shows up. And usually that stuff can be found on the Internet anyway.

I definitely use internet more these days. There's not much to watch from TV really :tired: I have few favourite series that are a must to watch but quite often I still sit in front of my 'puter because I'm too lazy to drag my arse to the couch

Grande Fratello started today on Canale 5 (italian tv) so I might start watching some of the weekly programs, but not all of them.

Actually, this survey is a bit biased cause all of us use a pc and have internet. If the same question is asked to every person in the street, the result will be different cause you can get also people who do not have access to the internet.

Here in the USA I am forced to DL my favorite shows. TOP GEAR, FIFTH GEAR etc. Great quality on UK TV by the way!
