Good Race , McLaren wanted Hamilton to stay out for an extra lap because otherwise they might now have been able to get in enough fuel to make it to the finish.

Well, what does he have to be dissapointed for the team? its not like they get WCC points or anything? he's driving ONLY for himself for the rest of this season...

Well who knows? one can hope right...

OKay so about the race... the start was so-so... Massa-Alonso the only real battle... and then we drove arround with the 1-4 train while the guys behind were passing each other... again, not a really great race director... this time it was F~0~M so they aren't perfect too.

Kimi's pass on Hamilton was great, as was Alonso's on Massa... that showed that Alonso is that one bit a better driver than Massa.

Kimi drove a GREAT race, thanx to ferrari experimenting every tire decision on Massa's car !grin! !grin!
But in my book, the man of the race is Vettel !grin! He really showed the FIA that even though they think of every possibile was to punish him he still doesn't quit...
Did you hear him scream at the end?? !grin! now that's a man happy to finish 4th.

As for Hamilton... didin't the same happen to Coultard in 1995 in Adelaide? that sight was really funny !grin! !grin! i really started laughing... what a mistake, but as we'll probably hear a million times in the next few days it's not his fault "he's just a rookie":

When all is taken into account i'm pretty happy with the race... although i'd be happier if Vettel was 3rd !grin!

And what's up with Hamilton today? i guess there was no crane near by to get him out...

It's not like they didn't give it their best shot... i mean they really tried to get him out... which is probably more then they would do for any other guy.... maybe Hammy's friend Charlie was on a break and couldn't get a crane there so fast... hmmm this sound like a conspiracy to me...

The FIA is trying to ruin Hamilton's title chances #Fear first they gave him a bad tire and then the put that nasty gravel trap there...

best race of the year!
im usually very gracious in victory but stick that one up your a** lewis! haha!
yesss! !yahoo:
!yahoo:

i was very surprised that the stewards didnt penalise raikkonen for overtaking hamilton though, and surely they should have pulled out the crane, a push just didnt do the trick!
i think, in brazil, the race might start under safety car... but only for 21 of the cars, hamilton will be allowed to race the race under normal circumstances!

haha @ lightning983's comments!

!yahoo:

fantastic race... i feel really sorry for kubica though, i was hoping for him to have a strong finish, unlucky, as for vettel, what a stunning drive! penalty or not he did a great job, he is someone to look for i the future if his last couple of races are anything to go by!

congrats to kimi and alonso... massa too! great drive...
for hamilton to win the WDC he needs to finish 2nd if alonso wins

for alosno to win the WDC he needs to win with hamilton finishing 3rd or lower

and for raikkonen (the driver who most deserves it) to win he needs to win the race and have alonso in 3rd and hamilton in 6th.
Thankyou Schumi you will always have a place in our hearts!
Michael Schumacher- 7 volte Campione del mondo!

Yeah, i forgot about Kubica... shame &doh

I really like the BMW team (since i drive a BMW LOL !grin! ) and he was on a great run... could have easily been on the podium if the gearbox hadn't gone... at least i think it was the gearbox...

Who knows... maybe Vettel can replace Wurz next season in Williams?? that would be great! or maybe replace Alonso at McLaren LOL

And here's a though about the last race... if Alonso says Ron won't let him win... okay then take out Hamilton... you get a payback & a present for Kimi all in one neat package !grin!

Why was Hamilton asking the stewards to give the car a push? Surely he was disqualified as soon as a steward touched the car?!?!

Go Kimi in conclusion :p

Yeah it was definatley HIS fault... because did you see how the stewards were desperately trying to get him out? and then ge got OUT of the car... and a second later... whadda you know... there's a crane a commin'

Ron should have told him on the radio "sit tight Lewis, we've got backup on the way"
