Autosport was mis guided and wrong. Other sites are taking the news down.

GPUpdate.net > McLaren team excluded from F1 in 2007 and 2008?
F1-Live.com > McLaren disqualified
Formula1.com > McLaren await their fate in Paris hearing [old]
Grandprix.com > Not just yet
Itv.com/f1 > Judgement day for McLaren [old]

These are a few headlines. Also look on Google News and some titles say the hearing is underway

Man, what a c**p

Some clarifications from autosport.com

Clarification: WMSC yet to decide on verdict

By Steve Cooper
Thursday, September 13th 2007, 15:09 GMT

The World Motor Sport Council has yet to agree on a final verdict, despite our earlier newsflash suggesting otherwise.

Sources have told autosport.com one of the options currently reviewed is to exclude McLaren from both the 2007 and 2008 championship - in line with the World Motor Sport Council's decision in July.

However the FIA said no decision has yet been made, although a verdict is expected imminently.

McLaren Mercedes has been disqualified from the 2007 and 2008 world championships, according to the first reports from the now concluded World Motor Sport Council hearing in Paris.

This however has yet to be confirmed as deliberations continue at the Paris venue. Reports from Spa Francorchamps suggest that the team are packing up for the day...
