If he wanted to deliberately mess up Hamilton's lap he just needed to keep it straight and nudge the barrier. I don't think Rosberg is that kind of driver and Hamilton is looking like a really spoilt kid.
Do you hear what you're saying? Wrestling with a car that won't go into the corner? It's a Mercedes dude! They're the cars that are almost on rails all season thus far.
Hamilton shouldn't ram rosberg off like Senna did with prost. He should just win races and clinch the title, not do anything foolish.

If the Mercedes looked "on rails" in Monaco then maybe we didn't watch the same sessions?

You know what I mean. Compared to most other teams. Just compare Merc and Ferrari.

@pitlanetalk: Either way, Nico Rosberg will be either disqualified or given a 10 place grid penalty for reversing on track with cars behind him. #F1

Not if you've braked too late and you have to make a split second decision to bin it, go for the escape road or try and make the corner.

I don't think he reversed on to the track so I don't see how that applies. He never left the escape road by all accounts.

There we go. End of argument.
It wasn't deliberate
Nico Rosberg faces no action for his error In Q3 he stays Pole Position for tomorrow's race

If it was deliberate he would have been penalised. He wasn't because it wasn't.

Renault wouldn't have been penalised for crashgate in 2008 if it wasn't for Piquet. Things aren't always as black and white as they may seem, and people can lie. Armstrong said he didn't do dope. And I know what you'll say to that: they have the telemetry and footage. Nico is a great driver who could easily be able to mask these kind of things as incidents.
FIA makes the decisions, but that doesn't neccesarily always mean that it is the right decision.
Lets agree to disagree, shall we?

Found some better footage which is not slo mo and with sound so you can hear when he is braking.

With this footage it's a bit better judging, and I may have been wrong with my suspicions. It looks much less deliberate in real time.

I must say it looks like he really lost it under breaking from this footage.
