I don't know what to think any more.
I read he'd contacted Sauber, which I can easily believe. Don't know if they're considering him though.

From what I understand, da Costa will go to STR. Kvyat/Sainz to do FR3.5 and Visser does GP3.

Kvyat has really come on strongly lately, while Sainz impressed at the young driver test.

Ouch. This somehow feels harsher than if she'd just said "it's not going to happen" in the first place!

I would love to see Rubens back in a F1 Car in 2014, as long as it is an competitive one. Barrichello may not be one of the fastest, but without a doubt, he is one of the best Overtakers ever. Even at the Age he is right now. And, regarding to Mr. "b***" Vettel - if u overtake Juan Montoya on the outside at Cops Corner, then u certainly have more "b***" then most of the current Drivers.

My gut reaction is the same but to be honest, when you sit and think about it; What would Mclaren gain? Ill explain;

Hulk shines on certain tracks. Sometimes he isnt there, the rest of the times he is nearly there. Thats what Perez was like. He got some surprise results often helped by reverse strategies but still made them work. He fought with giants and put up a great fight. The thing is, what would Mclaren gain from Hulkenberg?

Mclaren need a driver that can constantly rag the maximum out of the car; Hulk, Perez nor Button can do that. Mclaren need a driver who can always be there consistently and overcome problems; Hulk, Perez nor Button can do that.

The problem is, in my honest opinion Hulk doesnt offer more than Perez or Button. Why? Because Hulk could be just like Perez. Shone in a poorer car but isn't shining right now. Then you have consistency; keeping Button/Perez means you have a stable platform for 2014, a platform that you have knowledge of. Perez is still in his first year with mclaren, there needs to be acclimatization time for the first season. Perez has shown fire and to be honest, theres been a fair amount of races where he has been better than Button. In an ideal world, I would have Hulk AND Perez. Mclaren cant afford that though, they need the experience of Jenson. So the question frankly is, why would Mclaren replace one youngster with another youngster? I dont see a benefit of taking Hulk.

Though I will say, Ferrari made a huge mistake taking Kimi over Nico.

Sky say Lotus look to be leaning towards Hulkenberg. I hope so. As a big fan of Felipe there is no justification for taking him over Hulkenberg. Grosjean and Hulkenberg would be a line-up I'd love to see.

No team should take felipe. I just saw the first lap. What the actual f*** was that imbecile doing. Ferrari should just pay Lotus a wad of cash, get kimi into the seat tomorrow and Hulk into the Lotus.

I think he was trying to pull off what he did in 2011 where he passed 2 or 3 cars into that corner. But he went too deep and misjudged the braking badly. I actually think after that the spin might have been intentional to avoid smashing into Rosberg.

Sauber seems to be the only option for Felipe now. I think the hand of Bernie and whether he can find any other seats for a Brazilian driver will be the biggest factor!

Yeah, Bernie needs a brazillian. But not a French GP. Funny though, the only driver Massa troubles is Alonso; he hit him this time XD

If Bernie wants a Brazilian, then put Nasr in the Marussia in place of Chilton.

Bild reports that over the weekend Ross Brawn informed Niki Lauda he will be stepping down and leaving Mercedes at the end of the season.

The article also says Honda want Brawn to head up their return to F1 with McLaren.
