Re: Sirotkin - Sauber has no intention of giving him practice sessions this year. Sirotkin's manager says otherwise.
Then Sauber are screwed next year, they really are. They have to give the guy plenty of fridays when he gets his licence. To not do is suicide.

Exactly, he's not ready. The really stupid thing is he has so much money his management could pace his career perfectly. Give it another couple of seasons. But no, it's being rushed through and a seat will be taken at the expense of someone who is proven and ready.

They can't give him any practice sessions this year. He has no super licence.

he's applying for it though so he could squeeze in at the end of the year. Problem with waiting till 2015/2016 is, how long is the contract with the russian sponsors?

Considering the number of teams that have already stopped '13 development I think that's too late. They can already write off this season so they might as well put everything in to next year. McLaren said they're using this years car now to test things they're going to put on next year. That's exactly what Williams should be doing if they want to get out of the doldrums of their current position.

I'd read between the lines on that one - it's a pressure to New Jersey that he has other options. Bernie's life long dream has been to bring F1 to New York.

A $100 million needed to make it happen? That's a lot of money. I know F1 tends to splash the cash wherever it goes but I never thought it would cost that much to host a 3-day event.

I wish! I found it on a Hungarian site and I really liked it. Unfortunately, I have no clue who made it.
