I recognise three of them (Vergne I think, then Pic and on far right Grosjean). But the rest?

Bianchi's the fourth one. I recognise the third - it's Jean-Karl Verney. Fifth one I don't know but looks a bit like Tom Dillmann.

edit: Fifth one is Adrien Tambay.

Is the picture from some academy? If so, which or with whom?

FFSA - French academy. Vernay was part of Red Bull when that was taken.

I know he's not in the photo but you did mention Tom Dillman. I'd like to see him get recognized by an F1 team as he's pretty handy. A few years back there were no French F1 drivers, now we have a plethora and plenty in the sidelines.

Makes you wonder why the French Government aren't doing more to promote the industry from within the country.

Yep. How there is no French Grand Prix these days is beyond me...

It's good news that Bianchi is going to drive for Marussia next season,Force India should have picked him instead of Sutil.
A craven can be as brave as any man, when there is nothing to fear. And we all do our duty, when there is no cost to it. How easy it seems then, to walk the path of honor.

Judging by the latest pre season test (day 3), I think RB and Mercedes' speed is quite close, Lewis drove a great lap for sure, even RB didn't try the fastest lap they can perform (I guess). But Lewis in Mercedes really stunning me!

On the contrary, Mclaren seems a little bit struggling, still in a 'understanding the car' situation. I'd say RB close rival at least for the closest race (Melbourne) would be Lewis in Mercedes, and probably Kimi in Lotus. Ferrari does seems strong too, still not yet see how Alonso bring the Ferrari to the fastest lap.. I guess Ferrari is strong too, so the only top teams which is off the pace is surely Mclaren!

With no longer Lowe as Technical Director, I could imagine how Mclaren will struggling so much.. So far I can see, 2013 will also be the same as years before, Top driver will still dominate the fight for Title, Vettel, Alonso, Hamilton, and Kimi.

Mercedes is really fast and I think that this car and atmosphere suits Hamilton even more. It would be nice if they remain a title factor later in the season too.

It would be nice if anyone remained a title factor later in the season. Anything but another Red Bull steamroll season...
