It could also be Silverstone 1999 because the race went over the whole distance after his crash.phil1993 wrote:He has entered 299 races but didn't start France 1996 when his engine expired on the formation lap, hence 298 starts.
FC BAYERN 7 - BARCELONA 0
Re: 2012 Shell Belgian Grand Prix
Silverstone 1999 counts as DNF because he started. The red flag and the restart are not important for that statistic.
Re: 2012 Shell Belgian Grand Prix
the official statistics are for "number of Grand Prix contested per driver" which means France 1996 does not count... so Monza will be his 300th GPtderias wrote:Wikipedia: 299 GPs (298 starts). Can anyone explain?

Good video Mr. Timo Supremo but there's no need to spell the "s" in Francorchamps.tderias wrote:Me playing/commentating in the Spa Francorchamps track + my take on next weekend's GP!

Stunning, the days of low downforce and the V10s, and the best rivalry of the last 2 decades.iceman1 wrote:The best of F1

Guys you must see this
Re: 2012 Shell Belgian Grand Prix
That's awesome. Never seen F1 at Eau Rouge; I was at Kemmel in 2009.
One of my favourite pictures from 2011. Timo sideways exiting Raidillon in the damp. Mega!
And JV at Eau Rouge

The P Zero Silver hard tyre and P Zero White medium will be used in Spa (we saw the same combination in Malaysia).

This break's getting ridiculous now. Can't we just have the GP on Wednesday or something? Going a bit mental.
