Kobayashi and Vergne didn't reach the finish, Maldonado did. Maldonado had something to lose by being penalised this race, Kobayashi and Vergne can only be punished at the next race.

Maldonado's penalty is effectively confirmed (by Autosport's guys): 20 seconds.
Plus Vergne 10 positions in Silverstone and 5 for Kobayashi, plus what Senna got during the race... Is this the race with the most penalties, related to different incidents, ever?
So far the official F1 website has announced only the penalties imposed on Vergne and Kobayashi. It says that the investigations on Maldonado and Schumacher are still ongoing.

Who visits the official F1 site? They're so slow :p

You're right about that but it is supposed to be the official site and everything that is written there is supposed to be definitive.

I think that my accounts in 2 fora (this one and another one audio-video related in my country) are enough. Till now I'm resisting the temptation to have either a twitter or a facebook account. But I know that it could be useful sometimes.

"We were struggling at the beginning of the race but at the end I passed Lewis (Hamilton) and then he came back across"

Um. You didn't pass him.

Nice picture there Phil.

Ridiculously low penalty for pastor, imagine Hamilton in that position... People would be asking for Hamilton to be suspended for the rest of the season and we would probably be at war.

Check the AUTOSPORT forums, there are people saying Pastor should be banned for a race or more...

@Phil love how Kimi has identical expressions in each of those photos. Podium face.
