but Ferrari's pit brains are hardly beatable :p
Ferrari & Mclaren will gain position after pits.

McLaren promise quicker car for Germany
McLaren's attention now turns to testing at Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium from Tuesday before engine partners Mercedes' home race at the Nuerburgring on July 22.

"We've got new aerodynamic components and various other parts we are putting on the car," the team's chief operating officer Martin Whitmarsh told Reuters.

"We will come out of that test with a quicker car, and Ferrari will undoubtedly improve their car. So it's down to who improves their car the most in the next fortnight.

"I predict that we are going to see the fortunes swing either way in what's going to be a classic and exciting championship," he added.

"We've now had nine races and 16 times we've had a car on the podium. That helps.

"It is so tight now in performance and reliability that any of us can trip up now and that would be very significant. If just one of your cars doesn't score points, then the pendulum swings very quickly," Whitmarsh said.

it seems until now ferrari is doing better in aero circuits (except malaysia)
and Mclaren is doing well in tracks where you need mechanical grip and traction.

history says that :|

But its not only on strategy but in laps and out laps play crucial role :|
with current pace its more likely bwm can't win

BMW team boss Mario Theissen has ruled out the possibility of his team claiming a race win this season.

Only two teams have taken to the top step of the podium so far this season, with McLaren winning four grands prix and Ferrari, five.

And Theissen doesn't expect that to change any time this year, as he believes BMW will struggle to close the gap to the leading duo before the season ends in late October.

"Currently, I don't see that," he told Autosport when asked if he believed BMW could win a race this season.

"They (McLaren and Ferrari) are at least as far ahead now as they used to be at the start of the season. The gap is almost unchanged.

"On fast tracks we are probably closer, and on slow tracks the gap is bigger.

"It's important for me to keep the gap constant throughout the season because they are the two strongest teams, and if we develop as fast as they do that's the best result we can achieve. Then we can make the next step over the winter."

BMW are currently third in the Constructors' Champioship on 58 points, 70 behind Championship leaders McLaren.

Chris has a conversation with spyker this weekend and they want to get him back in his driver seat because he had a contract to race for the hole year, if they can't get him back he will take spyker to court so its not over yet.

their is speculation >> alonso playing dirty games with Hamilton by hiding real pace in practice sessions! Not letting him to copy his setup.

i would say its pure excuse for silverstone performance :S:

meanwhile Kimi: "It's time to succeed" ...fully reloaded :T:@

basically its up to team and then drivers to decide :@:2

Its very common in f1(many motor sports) teamm8s share/exchange telemetry and setup data

Yeah but you know what Alonso's like :p he's probably spilt the garage into two and demands that noone on his side talk to anyone on the other side just for safety reasons :p :@:2 ...

And before anyone says I'm being cruel to Nando its a joke and I like Nando, I've only disliked Nando once for acouple weeks...
