David Coulthard next year?

Post by HamiltonF1 » 01 Jul 2007, 15:51

Do you think we're going to see him next year? I don't think so I hope Robert Doornbos will take his place would be good for the dutch f1 fans and for Red Bull.

DC will stay. He said the contract he signed was "plural" which means more than 1 year. He's also better than any of the Red Bull drivers.

He will stay, he's a good strong driver and works well in the team. He has a lot of experience so can help build the team up, to a race winning team

I think he will still be there next year.

RBR need him and it seems that he has found a 2nd youth in F1 since driving for RBR.

honestly i was surprsied by this news, but there has been talk of a lack of available talent in f1 these days.
now i'm interested in finding out where this leaves mark. to renault perhaps?? surely red bull need to promote liuzzi into the senior team.

I doubt Renault would put Mark in the car... That would mean leaving out Fisico or Heikki, and their replacement would surely be Piquet... So for Mark to join Renault it would neem BOTH Fisico and Heikki to leave Renault... I don't think Heikki will be going anywhere and Fisico surely won't be if he keeps Heikki honest in the points...

Yeah I saw it a couple of days ago, its a shame really cuz red bull could use some young talents insead of 2 old experienced drivers in my opinion but yeah i'm not the team manager of Red Bull or any other team ::oops:;
