With companies making cutbacks and axing staff people are seeing that sports sponsorship isnt as lucrative as it once was, its the sign of recessive times.
Then if you sponsor a driver nowadays you want one who you can turn into a corporate robot almost owning all of him. Our boy isnt into that (and I am proud of him for it), so in the real world for Kimi at the moment sponsors may be harder to find. I dont think that matters to him its far better to have quality people prepared to back you than a quantitiy of the wrong people behind you. He will do fine I AM SURE OF IT.

The last one to entry (sometimes he seems Spanish, leaving everything for the last minute )
but van merksteijn isnt there jet...and this whole Petter thing (cant belive onely one petter/or Kimi was going to get a citroen, that it was realy about the car and not the sponsormoney... strange... and I think is so unfair to enter yourselves with a new teamname which gives more questions than answers and then leave any official announcement till later....
but the positive thing is that he is entered and the new team name is definitely cooler than CJT !

Again..the most interesting thing is, whether the team is called Ice1 or Flame 1, are they along with RBR. If so, anything may happen in near future

The news is already in Rallye Magazin. They say he will do at least 10 rallies. No idea where they had the information from.

They also say he will drive a Citroën and Lindström will be his co-driver and that’s all: no information about the team, sponsors,... (no time to translate now, sorry).

if I understand it right, Citroen doesn't have more than 3 cars, van Merksteijn will start at a later rally.

Ok so Kimi will do Rally Sweden.
Does anyone knows whether he will be doing the Lapland rally this month?

Interesting that van Merksteijn signed first but Citroen reserved the car for Kimi in Swedensammyosammy wrote:You´ve got it rightmiezicat wrote:http://www.mtv3.fi/urheilu/ralli/uutise ... 01/1253665
