Re: 2010-11 UEFA Champions League
Are Werder Bremen as bad as the British press are making out??? If you believed what you read here they have no defence at all and are in complete disarray. Is this correct???

yeah Bremen lost their heart when they let Özil go to Madrid. And their defense is very instable. But don't underestimate them because they still have a good offensive with Marin and Arnautovic and sometimes they play a really attractive football.

Arsenal have been robbed by the referee, lost two players to injury and as a consequence lost 2-0 to a Portuguese holiday resort.
Wonderful.
Wonderful.

Re: 2010-11 UEFA Champions League
And basically Real should get a big big fine, in the last few minutes Xabi Alonso and Sergio Ramos got a second yellow on purpose to miss the final match against Auxerre instead of taking the yellow cards with them to the next round. Mourinho told Xabi Alonso during the match, hand for his mouth so no one could see what he was saying. Then he sent Dudek to Casillas to tell Ramos to get his second yellow as well. It was the biggest humiliation of my club. Ever. And it hurts

Real Madrid deliberately getting people sent off isn't breaking any rules, and is impossible to prove or disprove. I don't think they ssould take action against them frankly, they found a loophole in the laws and exploited it.
Werder Bremen were utter rubbish. A League One side would have provided more of a test, seriously. Gomes didn't make a save the whole game. Nonetheless to qualify with a game to spare is more than I could have dreamed of at the start, I'm amazed really. No one will want to play us in the knockout round, that's for sure.

Wrong. It is breaking the rules: unsporting behaviour is not allowed!swca92 wrote:Real Madrid deliberately getting people sent off isn't breaking any rules, and is impossible to prove or disprove. But they can't prove it
