Whoops, Shakhtar are from Ukraine, I know

But I am sure Trabants were made from cardboard, or materials similar to that. I read stuff about Hungary in 1986 in Martin Brundle's book and an article online which talked about those tanks parking on hills to sneak a view of the race.

don't doubt the tanks - I wasn't there. Really would love to see some pictures of such things. Not even in China we could see anything like this.

Trabants were made of something like reinforced plastic with some fiber. Not that different from nice TVRs :p I meant in terms of production - not perfomance :lol:

statement about absence of motorsport in USSR - very bold one. :n Of course it wasn't an international stuff, but it was there and it was official.

Just to give you guys the latest: we have finished the written pieces and are now in the development of designing. The issue will be out for Christmas.
