The Finn has so far failed to conclude a deal with his backer Red Bull to keep him in the Citroen Junior Team, although his management is working on a deal to keep him within the Citroen fold with reduced funding. Options from MINI and the Monster World Rally Team are also on the table.
“We’re talking to lots of different people,” confirmed Raikkonen. “There are some good possibilities. It’s not something I’m worried about.”
While Citroen’s Olivier Quesnel has previously stated that Raikkonen is “not fast enough’, Ford team principal Malcolm Wilson is one of the Finn’s big supporters.
“Some people have said they can’t see the value in what Kimi is doing,” said Wilson. “Well, for me, he’s brought great value in the WRC. Having him in the sport has raised the profile, created a stir and a story this season. Okay, he’s still learning, but there’s a heck of a lot more to come from him - and he’s still Kimi Raikkonen.”

No, I don't, Kinga. I was just kidding.
Just saw these comments from the Red Bull gang. What is that team up to? Why should Webber give such a long elaborate interview on how the team should approach the championship, Red Bull favouring Vettel, blah blah.. I don't know what Webber has to say about this. As a driver he has no say on whether the team should support him over the other driver. It is totally a team decision, it is in the interests of team. I never understood a driver or driver fans talking about this.
Curious case of Kimi Raikkonen..

Luie, I cannot understand what goes through Mark's head since based upon Horner's comments he was really hurt by them.
Imagine the team putting in an effort for you, working long hours to provide you a winning car - and you get to hear c**p like that from the media - it is a very insulting and hurtful thing against the whole team

with what's going on in webber - RBR... now i'm convinced that he wont be driving RBR in nest year despite he has a contract...

Have to admit that I feel the same!
It all makes sense finally! Robertson says that they don´t look for any options in F1 anymore (cos they already signed the deal prior to the statement). Kimi says that he hopes that he can say more at the Rally GB (at the same weekend the F1 season ends). And Webbo is talking about all the problems in public (and why now?)
BUT!!! I don´t want that to happen! HONESTLY! I want Kimi to continue improving at Rally! I mean he has nothing to gain anymore in F1

Things that speak against my theory! Why did RB re-sign mark in the middle of the year? And there are ZERO rumours about such a scenario in the press!
