Hello, i see a few minutes ago, Niko Rosbeg's car burning, but when Nico go out the car he returs the wheel at his place, why he does it? i think that the wheel is something very personal and expensive tool and return it to the flames it must be for a good reason...

that is part of the rules.
They have to put the steering wheel in place, in case marshalls would need to drive the car to a safer place.
The steering wheel belongs to the driver himslef, but he will have a penalty if he does not put it in place.

Yes you need to get the wheel back because othwerwise the car can't get in neutral and they can't move the car 8)

How much does one of those wheels cost? I thought it was hilarious how he released it and threw it out like a piece of garbage. I guess I would too if my car was on fire. I didn't get why he was walking back to the car after it was on fire...

More than a brand new car
I think it was either £20,000 or something around that I heard on commentary a while ago. I thought they said £50,000 but can't be sure as it was a while ago

Yes it's true there is a penal for not return the wheel but if the car is burning better run to the other side or return it when the fire is off.

yeah they are around £20-30000, they are basically very high performance computers built with very expensive and light materials. each steering wheel is also unique to the driver using it
