Live Practice can usually be found on Wheels - 53060 - TVU Player.

http://myp2p.eu/Other.htm has a list of sport being shown on each weekend and what Free Software you will need for it.

http://www.embedded-tv.com usually shows Nascar racing too.

Tv coverage here is terrible... fortunantly there was another thread here that gave sites where you can watch live feeds!
i havnt tried the sites above, will give them a go next race.

Hey like i said live in Aus just been looking on youtube for nascar! looks awsome! where can i find the race scheduales? and live tv? or a place i can download the races after they finish like torrentspy.com?
