That was the rumours but it seems like he wasn't actually signed. They speculated that Citroen only offered him a seat for some of the rallies, and therefore he rejected their offer.

Sordo confident of finding a 2011 seat

Spaniard Dani Sordo says he still does not have a deal for next year's World Rally Championship, but he will focus on sorting his future out after his home round of the series later this month.

Sordo, who has driven for Citroen for four years, says he would like to remain with the French manufacturer and team principal at Citroen Olivier Quesnel is keen to retain him - but agreement has not yet been reached.

“We have talked about next year,” said Sordo, “but at the moment I have nothing confirmed. Citroen has been very good for me, a nice team. Obviously, Sebastien [Loeb] and [Sebastien] Ogier are there for next year and we have to see what there is for me, but at the moment I’m out.”

Sordo admitted he was talking to other teams about next season. “There are some options I’m looking at, but, like I said, nothing is sorted,” continued Sordo.

Ford was rumoured to be talking to Sordo, but Ford of Europe Motorsport chief Gerard Quinn denied negotiations were ongoing with the former Junior World Rally Champion. “We’re very happy with the drivers we have signed for next season,” said Quinn.

“We’re not talking to any other drivers.” Quesnel added: “We want Dani to stay, we are working on it.”

Sordo’s priority is the next round of the WRC, the Catalunya Rally, where he will be hoping to improve on the second place he has taken in recent years. “Catalunya will be a big rally again for me,” he said. “Of course, I always want to win, especially at home. It can be an interesting race, let’s see what happens. When this rally is done, I will think more about next season.”

With Sordo’s Citroen Total World Rally Team team-mate Sebastien Loeb having clinched his seventh title and Citroen confirmed as manufacturers’ champions, this year’s Salou-based event offers Sordo his best chance yet to break his world rally duck.

I just logged on and saw Kimi's rebuttal, made me so happy :shhh:! Serves Boullier right :<>:

But now I think it might really be it for Kimi in F1 :fear:. If he is happier in rally then it is good that he stays there, but I miss him so much in F1!!! ::oops:;

Riku Kuvaja say that Boulier was not gentleman. Kimi felt short time little angry but it was over quickly. It is not fair to use outside person making own purpose.

Kimi has not talk to Renault

Kuvaja don't say what Kimi will do in the future. There is still many choices.
