Kubica Crash

Post by Jackx686 » 10 Jun 2007, 23:16

I was looking some highlights of the Canada's Grad Prix...

I saw this BMW hitting the wall and stopping on the other side of the track...!

Unfortunately I don't know what happened, if somebody can explain I would be glad.

I'm happy that the guy wasn't hurted serously, it was a really bad accident!

Ghghgh guys what are you saying?!

I'll never do this, spam is extremely harmful for the health! eheheh

I saw a video on youTube, and I know that he broke his leg, but I wanted to know why he had the accident.. I mean, that turn is not so hard... Usually you get in very fast and at the end you brake for the U turn... but, as I could see, he just went straight forward to the wall!!

Well he did break his leg but it was a small price for a crash like that. The worst thing to watch was that he was unconscious after the accident.

No he didn't!

To tell the truth, I never worried about his health (although the impact was collosal!). F1 cars are extremely safe...

Yea F1 cars are REALLY save,...but still crashes like that are crazy dangerous for the driver and for the people that work on the track. (eg. italy when the firefighter died.)

Now they're saying it's just a sprained ankle.

Thank goodness it's only a broken ankle. For some time there I was worried that his neck might be wrecked.

OK theres some things I don't get with this crash...

1. More a worry... Do you think the Red lights had anything to do with it??? I've seen various people saying the red lights that Fisico and Massa skipped were red when the Safety car was nowhere to be seen and turned green when it was... Just have this horrible feeling that if Kubica had skipped them he would have been safe, and if Fisico hadn't  not worth thinking about it...

And secondly... What impact did it really have on everyones race... Like Tonio would have seen it, and so would have the people around him... From the sounds of it Hamilton didn't, but they must of told Nicky something... That would have really unsettled them...

I think too much :cheesy:...
