Nope, it was about Webber not understanding that the slower cars have earlier braking points (which he should have known) and the RB-car brakes later.

Phil, besides Kovi was racing his own race and defending his own position to which he was entitled to do too, so one can't blame Kovi for not making room for Webber and Webber should have known after driving slower cars himself in the past that they brake earlier.
