you can take the Mclaren out of the first tier, RBR=Ferrari in this race and Mclaren 6,5 tenths off.

Good to see Ferrari back on form, adds a new dimension to proceedings and will make tomorrow's race far more interesting. Without them, it would be a Red Bull walkover.

Alonso will frighten Vettel tomorrow, as he has nothing to lose in terms of the championship and is possibly the toughest racer out there. He has to win so he may take extra risks if ti comes down to a Vettel/Alonso battle, that will worry Red Bull enormously.

will we see some kind of Silverstone deja vu? Vettel defending hard against 2nd position and Mark crawling forward?
Have to say it was breathtaking lap from young German and Alonso impressed too

Schumacher thinking he could be 5th

Disappointed with Hamiltons 6th place. Podium out of reach imo. Maybe without the crash he could've been 3rd..

the speed of Mclaren looks pretty impressive, it may be that they have sacrificed some down-force (quali) for speed (race)
