New rule for next race. Overtake SC = black flag

Today rule. Overtake SC = 16s, not overtake = 60s

Hamilton finished second here in 2008 and in 2009 as well.

Hamilton took another 0.6s out of Vettel on Lap 33.

Perhaps after so many years of terrorising McLaren, FIA are favouring them more..
15 laps to make a decision, wonderful stuff..F1 is turning into a political game instead of a sporting one..

I don't think the FIA realised that there was an issue until Alonso complained.

Another 0.7s out of Vettel's lead by Hamilton. Vettel may well be cruising though.
