New Mclaren Wing against rules?

Post by Flavio_F1 » 14 May 2007, 15:07

Seeing yesterday´s GP , it seems that the new front wing is flexible, is it not against the FIA regulation?

We'll see how this week plays out because I imagine if someone has beef with McLaren over this flexible wing issue it will have to be before Monaco so teams can adjust accordingly. Who knows how much it may have helped McLaren if at all. McLaren has been right on Ferrari's heals and I wouldn't say Ferrari IS faster than McLaren. Qualifying/practice times have been extremely close. Time will tell... literally...

AutoSport says McLaren's front wing has been given the all clear by the FIA after a fresh check. In the article there is a quote from Ferrari saying they never had any issue with it. So that puts that to bed.
check the motorsport videos-->math videos--> and u can see the video onboard :P really awsome
