Re: Schumi to Mercedes GP?
Already am... I refuse to repent, or stop worshipping false idols (Alonso, Vettel).impatientinventor wrote:If Jesus, Mohamed Buda and Zeus were all put in a blinder and mixed into a nice fruit smoothie I would still follow Schumacher first. He is holy to me and he will return!!!! I find all of this doubt in my all mighty deity down right disrespectful. YOU’RE ALL GOING TO BECOME NASCAR FANS IF YOU DON’T REPENT!!!
No, I'm not calmer. Just more jaded.
Re: Schumi to Mercedes GP?
hope he does. but if he gets a bad car, i bet he'd leave after the first season.

It's looking more likely.

7 million might be a salary that Schumi wight have got in the mid- 90s , but seriously, if he takes the seat then it shows that he is really interested

Schumacher has signed for Mercedes GP, subject to a medical examination, according to German press.

Source is the website of reliable German news magazine Focus. Article says that his salary would be around 5 million $ for 2010.phil1993 wrote:Schumacher has signed for Mercedes GP, subject to a medical examination, according to German press.
Really hope that this is true, however I'm still sceptical about his contract with Ferrari....
I keep my fingers crossed.

Poor Rosberg
Re: Schumi to Mercedes GP?
The thing I wonder is: Why?
He has 7 titles, 91 wins, 68 (?) poles, just about the record of everything and now he's 40 years old (41 in 2010)... What does he want to achieve? What if its a big flop? He stated in 2004 that when he retired that would be it, quote 'I don't want to be like Mansell'...

Re: Schumi to Mercedes GP?
I can't see it to, yes he is a great driver, but if he fails now... (Which I think is going to happen). If he beats Rosberg then he shows again he's got it, and comes close to Senna. But if he doesn't...

Re: Schumi to Mercedes GP?
He himself said statistics had never really been a matter to him, maybe he just wants to race and loves competition? I know this statement gettin' old,but anyway...phil1993 wrote:The thing I wonder is: Why?
