The rumours tell that Ron Dennis might return and that McLaren will give more information in the upcoming days.

McLAREN's TEAM PRINCIPAL WILL BE FIRED?
It is boiling in McLaren-team. According to Auto Motor und Sport -magazine Martin Whitmarsh might be fired.
Ron Dennis thinks it's a big mistake that Whitmarsh accepted last winter the 2-year contract between Brawn GP and Mercedes.
The first year brought Brawn the WCC with Mercedes engines and the team's British driver Jenson Button won the WDC.
According to the respected German paper Dennis might throw out Whitmarsh and return as team principal himself.
Dennis was last seen in Abu Dhabi for the first time since Melbourne.

Heikki to Renault ?Manor will almost certainly be strongly backed by Richard Branson and even renamed 'Virgin F1' and Auto Motor und Sport reports that Glock is at the top of the list to be in the cockpit. "We are still in serious negotiations with three teams," his manager Hans Bernd Kamps said, "and Manor is one of them.We are approaching the finish and expect a decision at the beginning of next week.”
The German magazine said Glock's team-mate would likely be Lucas di Grassi or Adam Carroll.

That should be a no-brainer for Jenson! Of course he should go, Jenson is not one of the fastest drivers in F1 and if he stays, it is pretty unlikely that he would out-perform nico rosberg, who is probably joining brawn. So he should go, he'll get a bigger salary playing mcclaren's second driver than brawn's second.phil1993 wrote:BBC News: Jenson Button has visited the McLaren headquarters

heikki & nico to brawn then imo. raikkonen too expensive
Re: 2010 Season Discussions: Driver Line-ups, News and Misc
Button would outperform Nico at Brawn no doubt about it, I think he'd be a fool to go to Macca. He wants to prove he's not in F1 for the money... and he would always be Number 2 at McLaren
Re: 2010 Season Discussions: Driver Line-ups, News and Misc
I couldn't see Heikki at Brawn, I'd much rather go for Sutil, Glock, Trulli or Heidfeld.
Re: 2010 Season Discussions: Driver Line-ups, News and Misc
if raikkonen really goes to rallye because hes to expensive for bgp and button moves to mcm, senna would be f***.

I still think next year we will see this:
Re: 2010 Season Discussions: Driver Line-ups, News and Misc
Let's sum it up
Kimi
- Great driver probably the best on the grid when he's on the pace.
- Knows the McLaren crew.
- Costs a lot of money.
- May fail to impress, just like 08.
- Both drivers should for the championship.
Jenson Button
- Good driver, current world champion.
- McLaren would make a lot of Money, having two British drivers
- The Press would go crazy, getting more fans into F1/McLaren?
- Medium Wage.
- Would be rivalry on the track with Lewis and Button
- May be dominated by Lewis.
Nick Heidfeld
- Good driver, underrated
- Low wage.
- Shouldn't fight for the championship.
- A lot of experience
- Mercedes will be happy with a German driver.
- Won't be tied up with Lewis on the news/track etc.
I'd go for Heidfeld
