went to my univ for some work. had to walk around, and stand in queue for almost 2 hours (walking took most of the time)

my legs still ache :O i tend to do a lot of sprinting, like pushing hard up a hill, whereas my friend is more of a long distance cycler and he has a road bike whereas i have a suspension bike.

i used to do the same some years back. now if i do it, i will be unable to move for some time :O

In the UK its constant up and down, theres no real up one direction and down the other if you see what i mean

actually, i wanted to ride my bike again and do some serious mileage. but when i go to the garage, i see my brother's motorbike just lying there beside my bicycle.... who could resist? :n

In the UK its constant up and down, theres no real up one direction and down the other if you see what i mean
and i believe the weather's cool there, so it's a pleasure riding on a bicycle there. :)
