Yeah. Renault has the biggest chance to take him back. Otherwise it'd be Rosberg to McLaren and Kovi to Williams ...

Changes to Qualifying for 2010
Yeah
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/77775The FIA's new sporting and technical regulations for the 2010 Formula 1 world championship, published today, feature changes to the qualifying procedure to accommodate the expected 26-car grid next year.
The hour-long session will still be split into three segments, but will now see the slowest eight dropped in the opening 20-minute Q1 session, and another eight in Q2 to allow for 10 drivers to contest the shoot-out over 10 minutes.
Moreover, in a move that will please fans, Q3 will now be run in low-fuel configuration with the regulations taking into account the re-fuelling ban for 2010.
Other significant points in the document, posted on the FIA's website, include a continuation of the current points system, as opposed to Bernie Ecclestone's previously mooted winner-takes-all medals scheme.
Each car's minimum weight has been raised to 620kg, to take into account the added weight of KERS - which will still be allowed under next year's regulations, despite FOTA's agreement not to use the system.
Tyre warmers will also be allowed, despite previous indications that they would be banned on cost-saving grounds.
The re-written regulations also no longer contain any reference to the proposals for a two-tier Formula 1, that was at the centre of the row between the sport's governing body and the Formula One Teams' Association prior to the signing of the tri-partite Concord Agreement last month.

Yesterday MARCA said De la Rosa and Petrov will be the new Campos Meta drivers (Link).
BBVA will become the main sponsor of the team, alongside Telefonica and El Corte Inglés
Today Adrian Campos has admitted De la Rosa is an objetive for Campos Meta, although negotiations are complicated right now. Petrov is also a possibility. Also he said he would like to have a girl in his team (as test driver I suppose). Link

Re: 2010 Season Discussions: Line-ups, News and Regulations
Pedro Martinez de la Rosa and Vitaly Petrov will drive the cars of the spaniard Campos Meta Team (me? lol) in their premiere on the F1 Championship for 2010.
De La Rosa
The barcelonian was, from the beginning, one of the targets of Campos. His experience and marketing pull in Spain make him the best candidate to take a seat for the new team. The only thing that could make him step aside from Campos Meta was the possibility of McLaren giving him the seat of Kovalainen. Although the finnish is not confirmed for next season, De la Rosa decided to go for Campos.
Petrov
Vitaly Petrov is a young russian driver who will be getting 25 year old on next September 8th. And he arrives with a lot of money from a russian supporter. Currently, he's competing in the spaniard Barwa Addax Team on GP2 Series along with new Renault driver Romain Grosjean. This season he achieved two victories: Sepang and Istanbul Park.
Adrian Campos knows him very well 'cause Petrov has been his pilot on 2007 and 2008, when Campos Racing were competing on GP2 and Asian GP2.
The one who stood at the door was Bruno Senna. Finally, the brazilian myth nephew wasn't called because of *Supporters Incompatibility*
Supporters
BBVA is about to become one of the supporters for Campos Meta. And it's known that the biggest banking rival of BBVA is the Santander Bank, which aside being next Ferrari supporter, is also personal supporter for Bruno Senna since some seasons. Therefore the presence of a "Santander Pilot" would be impossible in a "BBVA Car".
Also, Campos will count with the support of Telefonica. The communication company is an habitue of motorsports, and many F1 Grand Prix have its name, like the Spain Grand Prix.
El Corte Ingles will help with the transportation issues, along with the lodging, travel, etc.
The russian driver comes with a big money injection from a Russian technology company. Next week will be key for the closing of those supporting contracts.
Colors
Initially, the team thought about a Black and Silver car. But considering the support from BBVA and Telefonica, we're allow to think that Navy blue will be predominant in the new car.
Even though the design is not decided, is almost a fact that the spaniard flag will be on the nose, which is a personal quote on every Adrian Campos team a decade ago.

Don't know about the reliability of this source, Hispanidad.com says Santander will sponsor Ferrari paying 150 million € in three years (50 million € per season)

No, I think more like this: (R27 Test car) except with the Telefonica yellow on the back as the BBVA bank is dark blue rather than sky blue

Sebastian Vettel has extended his contract with Red Bull Racing until 2012, the team announced today.
The young German will continue racing with the outfit until the end of 2011, with Red Bull holding an option on Vettel for the 2012 season as well.
Vettel joined Red Bull Racing this season after racing for its sister outfit Scuderia Toro Rosso last year. He is also a graduate of Red Bull's young drivers programme, which he joined at the age of 12.
Vettel won two races this season, in Silverstone and Shanghai, and is currently third in the drivers' championship standings, 4.5 points behind team-mate Mark Webber.

Brawn; McLaren; Toyota; Ferrari offered Vettel a 2011 contract but he has stuck with RBR

Re: 2010 Season Discussions: Line-ups, News and Regulations
Williams has requested a release from its engine contract with Toyota for 2010, AUTOSPORT has learned, with the team now weighing up its options about which power-unit to run next year.
Although Williams has another year to run in its partnership with the Japanese manufacturer, moves are now being made for the deal to finish at the end of this year.
It is understood that Williams has already held talks with several car manufacturers about a supply for 2010 - with Renault emerging as favourites for a new partnership, although Mercedes-Benz could also be a possibility.
Team boss Frank Williams told AUTOSPORT that he expected a decision about the identity of the engine partner to be made imminently.
"It will be quite soon," he said. "We have got to find a way to put it into a car, haven't we?"
Although AUTOSPORT understands that talks have already opened with Renault about a potential supply deal for next year, Williams declined to comment on who was favourite if the team's deal with Toyota comes to an end.
"The paddock is full of gossip," he said when asked if Renault was his preferred option. "Tomorrow it might be Mercedes-Benz, and then the next day Ferrari – and I get a free car with it!"
Toyota has confirmed that it is 'flexible' to the possibility of Williams ending its deal early – providing it was not hurt financially by the move.
"It is a slightly complex situation," team president John Howett told AUTOSPORT. "The original document we gave the right for Williams to seek an alternative engine. The basis was that should they get a free engine in the future, perhaps from a new entrant manufacturer, then we would not be there to damage Williams in any way with purely contractual relations.
"Earlier this year they pushed us to sign an extension agreement covering specifically next year, which we have concluded, but they are asking, or seeking, to find an alternative supplier.
"Toyota's position is normally flexible. If they do not wish to take our engine, I don't really feel materially, provided we can reduce the stock and are not left with any liability, that we hold them to the contract."
Renault has been pushing hard to keep its customer supply operation in place for next year, and AUTOSPORT understands it has upped its efforts to try to convince current partner Red Bull Racing to extend its successful partnership.
Red Bull Racing is seriously considering a switch to Mercedes-Benz for next year, but a hard push from Renault chiefs to show its commitment to helping the Milton Keynes-based outfit appears to have put the French car manufacturer back in the frame again.
Christian Horner, team principal of Red Bull Racing, said his outfit would take its time before deciding what it would do.
"We have still got time on our hands," Horner told AUTOSPORT. "Renault is doing a great job for us, showing great support, but we are not in any rush."

If Toyota gets rid of Trulli, that'll probably mean that Nakajima will move to Toyota IMO
