Its probably the 8 turns where braking happens - like I think there are 15 turns but some of them you are accelerating or flat out.

I disagree with that, a turn can also be a slight change of direction, as long as it's not straight. So you don't have to neccesarily brake before one.bar555 wrote:Turn actually equals to a braking zone on the track
I see it's only 8 places where you brake on the nurburgring, but they should change the numering of the corners, or only put in the names of the corners.

We are actually saying the same thing . There are only 8 turns combining both change of direction and braking in Nurburgring ( and to those turns i was referring to ) but there are more than 8 turns in total including those where only change of direction occurs combined with a little throttle paddle press release or not ( those turns are not under investigation on this topic )
