Go User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Posting Defaults and Untick Notify me upon replies by default:

yeah, i had around 200 emails on one day from here..

I want keep runaway member reminding ... as of now thr no Newsletter mod or anything and we don't want to use thirdparty application or hosted solution .... in built mass mail is horrible.Sorry!
