Can Cosworth supply 16 engines per season to 10 teams?

Breaking: Max to release a statement shortly; He will give no interviews, all the info will be in a statement.

And I reckon it'll be that we have 8 new teams and he'll tell FOTA to go screw themselves

i think he will lay down the ultimatum, lay out the list of the "new" f1 teams excluding the FOTA and move on with his guranteed half billion in purse money for next year.

FIA threatens FOTA
The FIA’s lawyers have now examined the FOTA threat to begin a breakaway series. The actions of FOTA as a whole, and Ferrari in particular, amount to serious violations of law including wilful interference with contractual relations, direct breaches of Ferrari's legal obligations and a grave violation of competition law. The FIA will be issuing legal proceedings without delay.

Preparations for the 2010 FIA Formula One World Championship continue but publication of the final 2010 entry list will be put on hold while the FIA asserts its legal rights.

At this point I say that the FOTA teams go out and do a 2005 Indy style race... One lap and in the pits. Let's see how long it takes the fans to kill bernie?

This is good...
"The actions of FOTA as a whole, and Ferrari in particular, amount to serious violations of law including wilful interference with contractual relations, direct breaches of Ferrari's legal obligations and a grave violation of competition law"
Maybe half of the people that watch this do it because of Ferrari, and Mosley is going to sue them?...

Collective F1Zone trip to Silverstone to beat the living c**p out of Mr. Mosely?

Sky: Its Max asserting his power.

Whats interesting is that the 2010 entry list is currently on hold - more time for negotiations

I don't know what laws they're figured out now. The only problem I see is Ferrari's and Red Bull's Concorde agreements but the rest sound merely desperation to me. FIA knows that by losing the FOTA teams they'll lose the value of F1 and the sole purpose of their existence.

Anyway, no matter what the outcome is, if they go through court cases for years, they'll never settle their differences to continue and it will end at some point nevertheless.

Can't deny that possibility. Many anti-Ferrari specially with common misconception of FiaRRARI or FIAt.

I think such significant change in rules and regulations will give Ferrari chance to come out of it ..may be with some fine. Horner just said today they quite similar contract and he sounded like optimistic.

June 4th, 2009 - Start your own series, Mosley tells FOTA
"We now have a conflict and we will see who succeeds in the end. I say to them: If you want to draw up your own rules, then you can organise your own championship."

[...]

June 19th, 2009 - FIA to launch legal action against FOTA
"The FIA's lawyers have now examined the FOTA threat to begin a breakaway series. The actions of FOTA as a whole, and Ferrari in particular, amount to serious violations of law including wilful interference with contractual relations, direct breaches of Ferrari's legal obligations and a grave violation of competition law"
