there's no doubt that will happen, the question is what year and event. if it happens this year, then were lucky. if next year or whenever, then let's just wait :D

and then the other great debate: will nadal win the us open? this year? next year? it's the only grandslam event that he needs to take all 4 majors.

British news-"Hurricane Murray is soon to hit Britain. Pictures of fawning middle class fans eating strawberries with British and Scottish flags painted on their faces; the hill outside Wimbledon being called Mount Murray as people can't think of anything better; massive press coverage devoted to him; hundreds of shots of his girlfriend and his Mother; lots of press coverage of other c**p British players barely ranked in the top 100 awaits Britons in the next fortnight".

Transfers

Post by JoostLamers » 11 Jun 2009, 20:36

With Cristiano Ronaldo for a record breaking € 94.000.000, - to Real Madrid and Kaka for only € 65.000.000, - to the same club; we already have one of the most discussed transfer periods ever! But I think we're not done already, ManU will want a replacement for Ronaldo as does Milan for Kaka. A swap between Eto'o and Ibrahimovic is discussed as well. And it lookes like Real Madrid is not done yet as they want David Villa, despite they already have one of the best strikers in the penalty area: Huntelaar... But that's just my frustation as Huntelaar is a hero of me for what he has achieved in his Ajax period.

Discuss the latest rumours and confirmations of (big) transfers here

What Real Madrid could have done with € 94 mln:
- Buy 1.310.000 iPhones
- Buy 93 Bugatti Veyrons
- Nearly 4 visites to International
- Buy a Big Mac for everyone in Canada
- Buy 138.000 gold bars
- Pay 4 visits to the ISS
- They nearly could have owned Newcastle United
- And they can buy 37600 rearwings complete with crasher of the Toyota F1 team

I think this will happen:

Benzema and Ribery to Man Utd. Drogba to AC Milan.

Chelsea might offer Barcelona a huge sum for Messi I reckon

I think
Dzeko to AC Milan
Zlatan to Barca
Eto'o to Inter
Villa to Real
Ribery stays with Bayern
Hopefully Benzema wil join ManU :)
